Job Summary
We are seeking a self-driven, results-oriented Test Lead with proven expertise in both manual and automation testing. The role focuses on end-to-end test process management, driving test automation adoption, and championing a "quality-***" culture across teams. You will enforce standardized testing practices, oversee test execution and defect management, and enhance delivery reliability, efficiency, and confidence—while adhering to industry best practices and continuously improving test maturity.
