JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
? Develop or create products, and services for Control Techniques by leading and managing the execution of complex projects.
? Coordinate work of multi-location and cross-discipline teams.
? Responsible for Process definition, maintenance, and adherence within the project teams.
? Proactively manage project risks.
? Provide technical direction, conduct regular project reviews, and take appropriate corrective actions.
? Lead in partnership with product management, business managers, steering groups, and external parties and ensure timely and qualitative value creation.
? Ensure people’s performance and processes are optimized in the program and encourage a change in mindset to promote system thinking and speed up development and project deliveries.
? Must be willing to challenge the status quo and seek improvements in the way the program and projects are operated.
? Contact consumers about existing products/services and assess the need for any additional features/upgrades and enter information as part of the consumer feedback loop.
? Develop long-term relationships with all customers, handling and interpreting their requirements.
? With support from the technical team if required, provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education, arrange, and carry out product training.
? Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events as assigned.
Experience
? Minimum of 10 years in the Variable Speed Drives industry as a Program Manager /Technical Manager.
? Have existing network, relationship, and access to variable speed drives
? Demonstrated strong proficiency in technical capabilities in Variable Speed Drives with business/Industry knowledge
? Excellent written and spoken English
? Strong Technical management experience is highly preferred.
? Working within a multicultural and global environment
