1、Define design philosophy aligned to the Brand DNA for all product categories
根據(jù)品牌戰(zhàn)略及DNA,梳理并定義所有產(chǎn)品系列的設(shè)計(jì)邏輯
2、Establish product vision and strategy for the team
建立產(chǎn)品發(fā)展愿景和戰(zhàn)略,并持續(xù)與設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)、供應(yīng)鏈團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通
3、Provide strategic direction, leadership, mentorship and inspiration to the design team, and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement promoting professional growth and development of the team
管理、指引、激勵(lì)整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì),建立具有創(chuàng)新意識(shí)、團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作、不斷進(jìn)取的團(tuán)隊(duì)氛圍
4、Establish, maintain and nurture the design direction as well as ongoing fast turn product - to achieve the key goals of being “Technical, Inclusive and Classy”
指引并負(fù)責(zé)、無(wú)論是常規(guī)線,或是快反線,可以持續(xù)匹配“高能專(zhuān)業(yè)、包容實(shí)穿、格調(diào)颯爽“的產(chǎn)品策略
5、Partner with product team and marketing team while directing design approach to create compelling product stories on a seasonal and annual basis.
與產(chǎn)品團(tuán)隊(duì)、市場(chǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì),共同打造季度/年度,具有用戶(hù)吸引力的產(chǎn)品故事
6、Manage the design process budget, including design cost, to deliver on financial targets and KPI including gross margin, style complexity, seasonal concepting and ultimately sell-through of product
以產(chǎn)品成本、產(chǎn)品動(dòng)銷(xiāo)為目標(biāo),管理產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)的全鏈路,包括但不限于:設(shè)計(jì)企劃、成本管理、設(shè)計(jì)圖稿、工藝交接、樣衣開(kāi)發(fā)、上市資料等,
7、Conceptualize and develop visual concepts: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing objectives and brand guidelines into compelling visual concepts, ensuring they align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
與市場(chǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作,依據(jù)品牌指引,管理第三方輸出符合的品牌視覺(jué)、產(chǎn)品搭配、產(chǎn)品拍攝及陳列方案
任職要求:
1、服裝設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷,海外學(xué)習(xí)或工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
2、具備2年以上設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),運(yùn)動(dòng)服裝行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
3、具有以消費(fèi)者需求為導(dǎo)向的規(guī)劃及決策能力
4、具有發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題并解決問(wèn)題,結(jié)果導(dǎo)向的執(zhí)行能力
5、具備高端品牌或者新消費(fèi)品牌的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
6、熱愛(ài)運(yùn)動(dòng)
