職位介紹：
Assist Dept. manager for paperwork monitoring (warehouse inspection report/PO files management/payment records/customs paper checking., etc);
協(xié)助部門經(jīng)理進(jìn)行文件監(jiān)控(倉庫檢驗(yàn)報告/訂單文件管理/付款記錄/海關(guān)文件檢查等);
Prepare the shipping documents/certificates required by customs, shipping lines and customers;
準(zhǔn)備海關(guān)、航運(yùn)公司和客戶所需的運(yùn)輸文件/證書;
Keep tracking for imported material, support the customs clearance process;
跟蹤進(jìn)口物料，支持清關(guān)流程;
Prepare dept. KPI data preparation, report/analyses;
部門KPI數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)備，報告/分析;
Complete other duties assigned by supervisor.
完成主管安排的其他工作。

職位要求：
Bachelor’s degree, Logistics related major
本科以上學(xué)歷，物流相關(guān)專業(yè)
Sophomore or the *** of master is preferred
大二或碩士研究生優(yōu)先
Good English skills in both oral and written
良好的英語口語和書面表達(dá)能力
Good computer skills
良好的計算機(jī)技能
Excellent communication and coordination skills
優(yōu)秀的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力
