International Trade Risk Management Short-Term Expert (Project-Based)

Core Mission
1) Goal: Lift Sinosure blacklist and restore financing within 6-12 months.
2) Reward: "Fixed monthly pay milestone bonuses project completion bonus" structure, with total rewards up to RMB 1.16 million. Freedom to exit after project closure.
Key Responsibilities (Time-Bound):
1) Crisis Resolution (3-6 months):
----30 days: Diagnose default causes, submit Sinosure appeal plan and commercial insurance alternatives list.
----60 days: Negotiate with 50% key suppliers for repayment/extension agreements.
----90 days: Secure 1-2 commercial insurance partnerships (e.g., Ping An, Atradius) for *** policy underwriting.
2) Financing Rebuild (6-12 months)
----Design ≥3 non-Sinosure financing solutions (bank supply chain finance, cross-border factoring), ensuring monthly financing ≥USD 2M by Q4.
----Develop buyer credit scoring model to limit new client bad debt to
