崗位職責(zé)
1.evelop plans and strategies to gain and develop customer revenue and to expand the customer base in the country. Developing a strong customer base (Potential, prospects and active customers) and have full hands-on follow up to develop the list and improve the overall sales department numbers；

2.Meeting with customers on daily basis to present products in best way to bring on board more business and effect in sales department performance. Front line sales force with customers；

3.Develop timely and accurate forecasts (volume and spend) for accounts and revise throughout the year. Manage and penetrate customers at all levels and develop relationships with accounts that enable achievement of plans and objectives；
制定及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確的客戶預(yù)測(cè)（銷售量和支出），并全年進(jìn)行修訂。管理和滲透各級(jí)客戶，與客戶建立良好關(guān)系，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)計(jì)劃和目標(biāo)；
4.Internally, has day-to-day interaction with colleagues from the sales team, customer Accounting, Customer Support Executive, Furthermore with Ground Operations at station to ensure that the Regular customer gets the required service；
在公司內(nèi)部，與銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)、客戶會(huì)計(jì)、客戶支持主管以及地面運(yùn)營(yíng)部門的同事進(jìn)行日?；?dòng)，以確保常規(guī)客戶獲得所需的服務(wù)；
5.Lead and manage customer presentations and proposals, ensuring there is a common understanding of service expectations and solutions；such as resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service；

Ensure that customers' prices are reviewed on regular basis and whenever any discrepancy arises between actual and promised volumes a re-negotiation takes place；

8.Monitor credit issues and liaise with the Customer Accounting Department and be aware of issues with no payment and take action where necessary to ensure outstanding money is collected as per the customer payment terms；
監(jiān)控信用問題，并與客戶會(huì)計(jì)部門溝通，了解未付款情況，并在必要時(shí)采取行動(dòng)，確保按照客戶付款條款收取未付款項(xiàng)；
9.Daily capture of customer contacts into the CRM tool and required reporting/presentations internally；
每日將客戶聯(lián)系方式錄入CRM工具，并在內(nèi)部進(jìn)行必要的報(bào)告/演示；
10.Any other duties responsibilities as requested/assigned by the line management.
完成部門管理層要求/分配的任何其他職責(zé)。
任職要求
1. Education: Bachelor and above;
學(xué)歷：本科及以上；
2.Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
優(yōu)秀的英語溝通能力（必備）。
3.Above 3 years' sale experience with Cross-border logistics, Cross-border E-Commerce Parcels, E-Fulfillment Business and International Freight Forwarding and Air Freight(has experience in Middle East is preferred)；
3年以上跨境物流、跨境電商小包、轉(zhuǎn)寄倉(cāng)業(yè)務(wù)以及國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理或空運(yùn)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)（有中東地區(qū)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先）；
4.Familiar with the sales market of freight forwarding and air freight export, and the e-commerce market situation；
熟悉貨運(yùn)代理和空運(yùn)出口銷售市場(chǎng)以及電商市場(chǎng)行情；
5.Can do and go getter attitude,good relationship management and development skills,and good negotiation skills.
