1.Formulate growth plans for KFM franchisee stores in the corresponding regions in alignment with the business direction of KFM headquarters.
根據(jù)與KFM總部的業(yè)務(wù)方向,制定對(duì)應(yīng)區(qū)域內(nèi)KFM加盟商門店的成長(zhǎng)計(jì)劃。
2.Order collection and demand feedback, ensuring the fulfillment of orders
訂單收集與需求反饋,確保訂單的交付。
3.Report on the performance of KFM stores, organize meetings and training sessions for KFM franchisees, review the problems encountered in the retail growth of KFM stores and drive improvements. Ensure the achievement of billing targets.
匯報(bào)KFM門店表現(xiàn),組織KFM加盟商會(huì)議與培訓(xùn),復(fù)盤KFM門店零售增長(zhǎng)中遇到問題并推動(dòng)改進(jìn)。確保開票目標(biāo)的達(dá)成。
4.Execute integrated marketing campaigns, align with key promotional calendars. Formulate and launch marketing activities tailored to the characteristics of local KFM franchisees.
負(fù)責(zé)承接并整合區(qū)域營(yíng)銷活動(dòng)策略,確保其高效執(zhí)行;結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)豄FM加盟商的特點(diǎn),制定并開展適合當(dāng)?shù)豄FM加盟商的營(yíng)銷活動(dòng)。
5.Provide product training and empowerment for the KFM franchisee team.
Gain direct insight into customer needs, optimize the operation execution plan, and properly address feedback by conducting on-site store visits, handling complaints, and gathering feedback.
對(duì)KFM加盟商團(tuán)隊(duì)做產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn)與賦能。
通過實(shí)地走訪門店、處理投訴及收集反饋,直接把握客戶需求,優(yōu)化運(yùn)營(yíng)執(zhí)行計(jì)劃并妥善處理反饋意見。
Job Profile:
職位要求:
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷,工商管理、零售管理、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
2.至少1年零售運(yùn)營(yíng)經(jīng)驗(yàn),具備家電、建材或家具行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。需具備多店管理、SOP落地與經(jīng)銷商培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Minimum 1 years in retail operations, preferably in home appliances, building materials, or furniture. Experience in multi-store management, SOP implementation, and customer training is essential.
3.零售運(yùn)營(yíng)策略設(shè)計(jì)、門店巡訪管理與客戶關(guān)系維護(hù)、門店績(jī)效分析、培訓(xùn)體系搭建與本地營(yíng)銷執(zhí)行能力。
